why is Rachel so weak ATK wise? lol
her effect is pretty broken but Rachel is supposed to be one of the strongest character in BlazBlue lol
even though she isn't very good in BBCS lololololololololol

Yes, the cards are broken, no, the OCG is not perfect.
I usually have no problem with either of those things, but because it's you (and your arrogance), I'll point out all the OCG errors I can find

Hazama:
End-Phase -> End Phase
to your opponent's Life Points -> to your opponent

Jin:
send 1 card on the field back to the owner's Deck -> return 1 card on the field to it's owner's Deck.

Ling:
When this Monster is Special Summoned -> When this card is Special Summoned (you made it right on Noel )

Noel:
you can destroy all spell and trap cards -> you can destroy all Spell and Trap Cards

Tsubaki:
When this monster is Special Summoned -> (see Ling)
you can search your Deck for (...) -> you can add 1 (...) from your Deck to your hand.

Distortion:
to your opponent's Life Points -> (see Hazama)
you can send 3 cards from your Graveyard (...) -> you can return 3 cards from your Graveyard to your Deck to draw 2 cards

Astreal Heat:
A lot... I would rephrase the whole card, but I don't feel like doing it for you right now.

Overall, the cards are pretty generic, overpowered and boring. I can't see any pop cultural features on them besides their name (granted I don't know very much about Blazblue), they're just bland, unimaginative and... still horribly overpowered. I don't want to burst your bubble (for a 1 Star member they're still better than expected), but you still have quite a bit to learn

ouch dude...pretty harsh....i know the ocg isnt perfect....i only said that so people would check them out....i had fun making them....and im not trying to be arogant...
