Mainly because there is not much point sacrificing 2 level 8 monsters with an already probable attack of 2500-3000 each for a 3250 monster. Especially with such a weak effect. Maybe make it: When this card is Exceed Summoned, inflict 500 points in damage to your opponents Life Points. If this card would be destroyed by battle or card effect, send I overlaid monster to the Graveyard to negate and destroy that card, and inflict 500 points in damage to your opponents Life Points. [/quote] The ATK and DEF is weak? To me this card needs some toning down on it's ATK and DEF, and for it's effect and level, doesn't seem balanced at all, I say make it an 9 star if you wanna keep it's ATK and DEF the way it is.
