Maxim565
man its been 2 years since I make a card so I decided to try another go
Azure Agate Dragon 1 Tuner + 2 or more non-Tuner monsters. Once per turn, you can remove from play 2 WATER monsters from your Graveyard to destroy 1 card you control and return up to 3 cards your opponent controls to its owner's hand. This monster cannot declare an attack during the turn this effect is used.

arts by Grishend @deviantart a little tweaks using photoshop original picture : http://browse.deviantart.com/?q=water%20dragon&order=9&offset=72#/d1v82x7
is the picture overused? well I think it is anyway please rate and comment, and I'd like some critics if you guys have some to tell me thanks
Zauls
Quite good. OCG is perfect, art is nice (not sure if overused, I haven't seen it before). However the effect seems a little underpowered. It was a great card until I read the sentence when it said it can't attack. Take that off and it is a great card. EndlessOcean
I agree with }~Gob~Zom~{ it is too underpowered, maybe make the drawback something like "You cannot draw a card the next turn after you activate this effect".and i have never seen that pic either. Force_Flex
I can barely make out the name on the card itself. Maybe change the rarity a so it's easier to read. The effect seems a little generic as well.
