It was fun to do. To tell the truth, I think this one was better than the "Devilish" one. I think the cards are more balanced, but there can be some OP cases. It isn't finished yet. Rate it! At the End Phase, shuffle the monster into your opponent's Deck and take damage equal to half of that monster's original ATK. This is it. I'll be creating the Spells & Traps for both my decks soon, I'll just have to get some time. This Deck was made with the sole intention of representing "night agents", or thieves. With an exception or two (Walking Arsenal), they all are sneaky and slim figures. And what thieves do? Steal from another people. That's what this deck does. Be it stealing destroyed monsters (Heist Master), be it stealing Spell Cards (Dark Sky), be it stealing monsters on field (Oriental Darkness), one way or another, it steals. That's why their ATKs are all low (with the exception of Walking Arsenal; 3500 ATK is never low): every Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG player know that stealing is one of the most annoying effects.
