When the number of LIGHT monsters on the field iis higher than the number of DARK monsters on the field, this card is treated as a LIGHT Fairy-Type monster. You can Tribute this card to Special Summon 1 monster with the same Attribute and Type as this card from your Graveyard.[/spoiler]

Desolated prison and Demon Angel are good, 9.5/10, but the emperors assistent is a bit OP'ed
