In Cyber D's this is Draxon Craft's God Card.
[spoiler= "Mega Destroyer's Effect"]This card can't be normal summon or set. This card can only be special summon by removing 6 DARK monsters, 3 Trap cards, and 3 Spell cards from your graveyard from play. This cards ATK becomes 8000. This card can't be targeted by your opponent's spell, trap, and monster effects. You can pay 2000 life points to destroy all cards on the field, except this card and then skip your next battle. When this card destroys a monster by battle you can destroy 1 card on the field and remove it from play. If this card is sent from the field to the graveyard by your opponent's card effect, your opponent's Life points become 1000. Any battle damage this card inflicts to your opponent becomes 0. While this card is in defense mode, it cannot be destroyed by battle. During each of your end phases, you must tribute 1 monster you control. If you do not, remove this card from play.[/spoiler]
