Once per turn, you can remove from play 1 Normal Monster in your Graveyard and select 1 monster your opponent controls with Level equal to or lower than the removed monster's Level. As long as this card is face-up on your field, the selected monster loses ATK points equal to this card's Level x200 . If this card destroys a monster by battle with an original ATK higher than this card's ATK, you can halve Battle Damage to Special Summon an Aqua-type monster removed from play with Level equal to or lower than the destroyed monster.
