A lore is basically a side box or something that shows the card effect in a different place so someone can read it more clearly.
here is an example.

This would be the Lore-->
1 "Team Mech" Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner Machine-type monsters
This card can't be special summon except by synchro summon. When this card is Synchro Summon, you can pay 2000 Life points to special summon 2 "Team Mech" monsters from your graveyard but their effects are negated and they can't attack this turn. Once per turn, you can destroy 1 "Team Mech" monster you control to destroy up to 2 cards your opponent controls and yur opponent draws 1 card for each card destroyed. Any level 5 or higher monster that has more ATK than this card battles this card, destroy that monster without applying any damage calculation. When this card is destroyed and sent to the graveyard, you can activate 2 out of the 3 following effects. 1: you gain 1000 Life points. 2: your opponent takes 800 points of damage. 3: You draw 1 card.
the way i did mine is using these ->[] and haveing this inside them in the beginning you put spoiler= "Watever you want to put in" and at the end you put /spoiler and these statements are put into these -> []
