This card returns to the owner's hand during the End Phase of the turn that this card is Normal Summoned or flipped face-up. When this card is Summoned, Normal Summon one level 4 or lower Spirit monster from your deck other than "Spiritto Shokan". This Normal Summon does not count as your one Normal Summon or Set per turn. If you activate this effect, discard 1 card from your hand or destroy this card. Probably one of the best spirits. I hope it is not too OP'd. I don't think it'll be UP'd. Again, I enjoy good spirits, and ths card deserves a 9.5, or possibly a little more.My only little problem is the fact that I've seen that pic a couple of times around here, and it might get a bit overused.
