Zextra
I haven't posted here in the RC for a long time, so I hope this will redeem myself... Anyways, please rate and comment. Thanks! During your next Main Phase, you can Special Summon this card from the Graveyard. When this card is Special Summoned by its own effect, you can remove from play a Level 4 or lower monster in your hand or Graveyard to add or subtract the Level of the removed monster to this card's Level.
Althemia
Name me a deck this would even be remotely useful in. And a good deck, not something stupid.
Zextra
Sorry about the bad card It's really not meant for any deck in particular - I just made it as a flexible Tuner, but I guess I wasn't paying attention to the playability as much... Final Fantasy Revolution
i figure any deck that uses synchro monsters at all. I don't like synchro's and don't claim to be an expert but since you can change it's star level depending on factors and the fact that its already a tuner monster is what makes it useful
Zextra
@Final Fantasy Revolution - that's what I made the card for Thanks for your comments!
MibeR
Nice cards Zextra.. it's very useful Tuner Monster, it can be very tactical Tuner monster.. i like it...
kristoferjm
I never much enjoyed Synchros, but I know a friend who can get some really powerful ones out. That card is interesting, and to the point for it's specific use; with a Synchro deck. So good job, and can make cards with great effects like these ones

thekazu4u
It is a four-star tuner with an interesting effect, of DRAGON type. Enough said. It would get played. 8/10 (the effect could be a bit better tho, and it should be level 3 or lower monster, you can't have level 0 monster)
Zextra
Thanks for the comment Actually, Level 0 is one of the best ways to use it - It makes Synchro Summoning low level Synchros (like Formula Synchron, TG Recipro Dragonfly, Armory Arm) easier to play. All you have to do is have a Level 2, reduce this card's Level to 0, then sync for a Formula.
AsterikcAde
This is not a Synchro Support, this card is a one way ticket to INSTANT SYNCHRO!!! Reviving it back from the Graveyard onto the Field is always somehow a little broken but I don't actually see anything wrong with this card. 10/10, anything that has to do with Synchro Support is always good since Synchros are the thing now in this card game. mysteryman429
you could abuse this lvl 4 tuner with "Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon" (You can remove from play 1 Dragon-Type monster you control to Special Summon this card. Once per turn, during your Main Phase, you can Special Summon 1 Dragon-Type monster, except "Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon", from your hand or Graveyard.) tune it with lvl 3 or 4 non-tuner dragons and u can easily get out quite a bit lvl 7 and 8 powerful synchros

thekazu4u
Ok, I don't think cards can be lvl 0. I mean, i do think it would be cool, but I do not think the game supports lvl 0. I think they only support lvl 1-12.
Dries965
Being lv 0 goes against game mechanics, a monster can never be lower then lvl 1, change the effect to lvl 3 and lower, and it will be better to use, has if it is lvl 4 it becomes lvl 8 and therefor useless as a tuner 8/
Zextra
I looked it up - it said that though Level 0 monsters are usually not allowed, there are some conditions in Reverse of Arcadia which do allow monsters to fall below Level 0. However, since I am unclear of those conditions. I will change it to Level 3, though that will greatly alter the playability of the card, since Level 4 monsters are generally more common. By the way, Life Stream Dragon is a Level 8 Tuner...
