RBY Posted March 5, 2011 Report Share Posted March 5, 2011 This card is interesting and would be a nice addition to a WATER deck. However it seems a bit restrictive. The way I see it, if the activation conditions are harder to achieve, then the effect should be stronger, and vice versa. Since this card has specific activation conditions, I don't think it's necessary to restrict your ability to Special Summon, though I don;t mind the idea of having to use the card up before the End Phase.
