Zeik
Drastic Measures needs to be a Continues Spell also think it might need toning down slightly, interesting enough idea

Skythief
Drastic Measure could have OTK's built around it, as you can unleash hell with it, and you will probably win within 3 turns in a well-built deck. Psychics are a good example for this, with Master Gig and Overdrive Teleporter (who cares if you lose Life Points, you'll lose soon enough anyway). Difficult Path is... I don't think "automatic win conditions" is an OCG term. Maybe call it "neither player can win if his opponent has 100 or more Life Points" so the only way to win is reduce Life Points to 0? Side-Deck stuff, but you'll only likely use it against exodia, barely anyone plays final countdown stall / snakes / destiny board.

I can easily see Drastic Measures being used in an OTK. It might be over powered, but to avoid changing it too much, perhaps its time limit should be reduced to 2 turns or even the End Phase of the turn so that only an OTK can be used with it. Or maybe it could add the restriction that it can only be activated if your opponent's life points are 7000 higher than yours to prevent it from being used too easily.I changed the lore and hopefully tone Drastic Measures down so its not too powerful. You cannot activate this card if your Life Points are higher than 4,000. You may now Normal SUmmon level 5 or higher monsters without tributing. All of your monsters can now inflict piercing damage, and gain 1,000 Attack when attacking a face-down defense position monster. In two turns you will automatically lose the duel.

As long as this card remains face-up on the field, neither player can lose as long as they have at least 50 Life Points.
