Tribute 1 DARK monster. Flip all face-down cards in both players Spell & Trap Card zones face-up. Return all Trap Cards on the field to their owners' hands. Trap Cards cannot be Set until your 3rd End Phase after activation.

Explain this better. You are saying it is OP because the tribute is DARK?
I was sayn that the "tribute a dark" is to easy of a cost for a good spell. like in zombies or dopple-monarch

it would be abused, it could be more balanced that's all. No disrespect tho still a good card

Toned down cold wave.

And how will you know if your opponent sets a Spell or Trap? You can't tell..

Easily abusable.

Eh. Not great.

It has the flip effect,so you know what your opponent sets.
Yeah, looking at Cold Wave @0 I think this was an epic fail :(
Thanks anyway,I like critiques^ ^

In the first card, what happens to the flipped spells? Do they activate? But say it polymer., but your opponent doesn't have the material... what happens?

Well,I think I should add that Spell Cards return to their original positions. The flipping is just a way to know which cards are Traps.

You need to state that in the effect.
