Great Serpent Varun - God of the Oceans

I knows it's probably overpowered or unplayable. Suggestions on how to improve it would be appreciated.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Tributing three WATER Attribute monsters you control while "Umi" is on the field. If "Umi" is removed from the field, remove this card from play. You must Tribute one WATER monster during your Standby Phase to keep this card on the field, otherwise, Destroy this card. While this card is on the field, you may activate one of the following effects during your Main Phase:
-Special Summon one Fish Token (Fish/WATER/Atk: 0 Def: 0) to your side of the field.
-You may Tribute three Fish-type monsters you control to destroy all face-up Monsters, Spells, Traps, or face-down cards your opponent controls.
-You may reduced the Attack and Defense of all FIRE Attribute and Pyro-type monsters to 0 until the End Phase.

Its a good card I guess. OCG looks alright. But 4000 ATK AND can Special Summon itself again?! Over-powered mate. It could be resummoned just by activating another Umi or using the effect of Magician of Faith lets say. I would take that part of the effect off.

Thanks for the feedback. I removed that part, and I also added that it can reduce pyro monsters to 0 in its third effect (in order to supersede Water Dragon). Also, is the requirement of tributing one WATER monster every Standby Phase too extreme or is the cost justified?

Oh got I see something really heavy. You can't Trade-In it, so I hope it's good.

...Okay, hmm, hmm...
wut!?!?!?!?11111oneoneoneone
The thing is way too underpowered as of now. Too much downsides. I hope the effect is good enough:
[b]While this card is on the field, you may activate one of the following effects during your Main Phase:

Okay, so as for the first, since the only top-tier WATER Dek. is Coelacanth, it could be useful. But the second is useless. The third is only good against Flamvells. Except oh wait, they never leave their monsters on their field, and instantly Synchro instead. Right now, let's see, ...7/10, the pic is badass.

Let me edit to my liking, though some people will definately disgree.

Since 3000 ATK doesn't make much of a difference. The rest is self-explanatory. Coelacanth is now localtopping.

I appreciate the in depth critique. Also, I originally had the effect say that whenever Umi reentered the field, you could special summon it back into play, but another person told me that that effect made it overpowered. Also, I'm a bit attached to the 4000 attack, I mean it is supposed to be a god after all. Also, I always thought that the requirement of sacrificing a WATER monster every turn to keep this on the field might've been overkill, so thanks, I needed someone to comment on it first. As for the other effects, I wanted it to somewhat supersede Water Dragon and Orca Mega Fortress of Darkness.

Here's the lore I had in mind for the full power version of this card. How does it compare with the lore above? Is is more or less fair than the other lore?

If "Umi" is removed from the field, remove this card from play. If this card was removed from play by its own effect, you may Special Summon it whenever "Umi" is activated. As long as this card remains on the field the Attack and Defense of all FIRE Attribute and Pyro-type monsters is reduced to 0. While this card is on the field, you may activate one of the following effects during your Main Phase:
-Special Summon one Fish Token (Fish/WATER/Atk: 0 Def: 0) to your side of the field.
-You may Tribute three Fish-type monsters you control to destroy all Monsters, or Spell and Trap cards your opponent controls.
-You may Tribute one Fish-type monster you control to Special Summon one Level 3 or lower Fish-type monster from your Graveyard (it's effects are negated and it cannot attack this turn).
Oh I see, but hey, Daedalus doesn't...wait, Water Dragon? Really? Water Dragon? That doesn't have a relationship - Well, but I see anyways.

Okay, checking...
*Looks*
Insta-Formula every turn assuming you've dropped Fishborg Blaster. That's good to hear. Maybe yeah, Coelacanth was too much as you thought.
