Hyper Caliber Dragon - Kalico (updated)

Just a card i came up with for a contest i was in. Its a really cool concept and i would appreciate some comments and suggestions on how to make it better.
I took into consideration all of the suggestions and turned it down a little. I even added another clause so that it cannot attack the opponent directly.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned from the hand by returning all other cards in your hand to the Deck. The Deck is then shuffled. This card cannot attack your opponent Directly. When this card is Special Summoned Pick up the top 2 cards of your Deck and reveal them to your opponent. This card gains the following effects based on the cards that are drawn until your 2nd End Phase after this card's activation:
*Monster: Increase the ATK of this card by 400.
*Spell: Place 1 "Caliber Counter" on this card. If this card would be removed from the field by your opponent's card effect you can remove 1 "Caliber Counter" instead.
*Trap: This card gains 1 additional attack.

Meaning that if 2 monster cards are drawn with its effect the ATK will increase by 800 and not 400. Similarly 2 additional attacks if 2 traps and 2 counters if two spells. Also all effects wear off once the set time has passed that includes the counters. [/color]

The Deck is then shuffled. >>> this part is rather unacceptable ,but it makes this card is very easy to Summon. i suggest to make at least you have 5 cards, then you can activate this effect.

Thanx for the corrections. But in regards to the spell and trap effects ill leave that as they are because that how i intended the to be. After all these effects aren't permanent....

The img is good, however it doesn't really fit as a Effect Card. The name is ok.
OCG is fixed.
It's slightly OP. It has high swarming potential and using it after you play all the cards in your hand that you need might even profide you with a provit of 1 card. Perhaps try making it "Pick up the top 2 cards of your Deck" or revealing them, too make it less abusable.

Thats for the suggestion. I tuned down the card a little so its less Op'ed now.....
