Yu-gi-oh Dude

This card can only be activated when it has been Set for at least 3 turns and your opponent has less than half the amount of monsters you do. Halve the ATK of your opponents highest Level monster. You and your opponent take damage equal to the remaining amount. During you or your opponents Standby Phase, add 1 Torture Counter. When this card has 4 Torture Counters on it, it is destroyed. You take damage equal to the amount of cards in your hand X 1000.
CnC. Please be, as it says in the title, brutal. If you really don't like it, come out with it. I will not be offended. This is my first card of 2011. Please rate out of 10.
AsterikcAde
This card is like an double edged sword, you can deal hefty damage with this card but at the same time you are hurting yourself when you have cards in your hand, I mean x1000? I mean, with OTKing is now often in this game do you think that 1000 damage to your own Life Points is very dangerous? I say change the inflicting damage to yourself part maybe to 500x or 300x to make it balanced. 8/10 BTW-WHAT'S WITH THE PIC? CREEPY!!!
Ieyasu Tokugawa
Too slow to work.
RBY
It's definitely brutal, and its specific activation conditions would justify a lot of power. The artwork is good too. However, there doesn't seem to be much point to a card that does more damage to you than to your opponent, unless it was designed to be comboed with another card that would either convert that into life point gains or reflect the damage onto your opponent. I'd give it 8/10 for creativity, but what holds it back is the fact that it seems like more of a liability in a deck.
Yu-gi-oh Dude
If the card is destroyed with any card or ability, you don't take LP damage. Sorry if that didn't get across. I really appreciate your great advice. One question. Is your computer or the card too slow to work? I designed this to go with the Infernity Archetype along with a few others.
