Continuous Trap Card
When your opponent activates a Magic or a Trap card, you can remove from play 1 Zombie-Type monster in your Graveyard to negate the activation of that card and destroy it.

Very well-burned on a Zombie Deck, for this i give you a A+.. :D

This card seems pretty broken to me, for two reasons;
One, Necroface becomes even more broken.
Two, with Zombie decks, you WILL end up with a quite a few dead zombies, from my experience, pretty quickly. This means your opponent magically can't activate almost any card, this is bad when this happens during the second turn of the duel.

Overall, this card seems broken to me, although, if it was Once per turn, or a Counter type Trap, it could end up being a pretty nice card to have, without being too broken.

...although I have to agree. It does seem a little too strong.
