I don't know. Looks pretty hard to pull off, other than by Debris, and with the use of Zero Force in other Decks. But it looks lulzy to use in Reptilliane and Jesters.
Lol at Sea Koala abuse with this card. But it does look useful against Token Abusing Decks, like Quickdraw Dandy Warrior and Junk Doppel.
Not sure on how to comment the art, so...
I'd say this is like a 9/10 or somethin'. Since it look like it aims at certain Decks.

Bolded is the correct OCG. But about the card- I don't know. It's chances of succession are very slim. [i]Very slim.[/i] I just don't think this would be very playable, although possible. [7.8/10]

It's useless to me, and why would I want to destroy monsters with 0 ATK with this card when I can simply attack it and inflict lots of damage, though some 0 ATK monsters have nasty effects, btw why would the opponent have more than one 0 ATK monster? most tokens have more ATK so idk.... 5/10
