A monster equipped with this card decreases its ATK by 500 points. When the equipped Effect Monster's effect is activated when a monster was Normal or Special Summoned (even itself), or a Spell or Trap Card's effect is activated, activate the effect immediately again ignoring activation conditions. Ok, so here are the things about it. It is a play off of the card: Twin Swords of Flashing Light - Tryce, allowing monsters to atk twice per turn, at the same cost. I figured why not let effects activate twice either? There are not that many cards it combos with, and is quite situational, which was my attempt at balancing it. I added in the "even itself" so it can work with gemini. Example: Dark Valkyria. Also, if the effect was something like "this card gains 1000 ATK" it would gain 2000 instead.... not exactly sure where it would work but I want to leave the possibility open.
