It's a nice archtype, but I found two main problems.
For Divine Dragon Lons, it says it can be treated as a non-Tuner during a Synchro Summon, but it's not a Tuner.
For Divine Dragon Aquaite it destroys all [b]cards[/b] on your opponents side of the field with a cost of only 500 Life Points per card. It wouldn't be as overpowered if it said all monsters, or spell and trap cards. But all cards could completely obliterate your opponent for an easy OTK.
Still, with that said I do like the concept of the cards, so I'd keep with them, but maybe change a few pictures like for Divine Rules, where it's just the picture of Ancient Rules.
But like I said above the idea and way they are played is great, like no other cards I've seen.

I have changed "Divine Dragon Aquaite" effect to make the deck better it to match the effect. And I made "Divine Dragon Lons" a tuner monster.

Would you use this deck if it were real?

Not bad, I see effort and good work put into them, with the occasional OCG error. The cards seem balanced, but please post the effects for the cards underneath so that others (and I) can properly see the effect. Right now, it's a little hard to see. The pics could be better, try looking at Jazin Kay's archive on photobucket.

EDIT: just noticed divine rules has a pic that already exists on a real yugioh card... change it.
