Lord Smeagle
Since the beginning of time, a celestial battle has been waged between the forces of heaven and hell. But a new threat now menaces the whole spiritual realm - the fearsome forces of the Unfathomed. They cannot be reasoned with. They cannot be stilled. They must be wiped from all of existence before they do the same to our universe. Our only hope is the Diviara - the most fragile and explosive alliance ever forged. Now, Heaven's fallen and Hell's repentant must share the powers of both.
When this card is summoned, change it to Defense Position and remove from play the top 4 cards of your Deck face-down. When a Fiend or Fairy-Type monster is Special Summon, you can select 1 card removed by this card's effect. If it is an Equip Spell Card or Union Monster, equip it to the summoned monster. If it is any other card, send it to the Graveyard and increase the summoned monster's ATK by 500.

If you control 1 LIGHT Fiend-Type monster and no other monsters, you can Special Summon this card from your hand. Once per turn, send 1 face-down removed from play card to the Graveyard to reduce the ATK of 1 monster your opponent controls to 0. When this card inflicts Battle Damage, increase both player's Life Points by half the damage inflicted.

When a non-"Diviara" monster is summoned, roll a six-sided die and apply the appropriate effect as long as this card remains on the field. 1: Reduce that monster's ATK to 0. 2: Negate that card's effect. 3: Remove that card from play. 4: This card can't be destroyed while that monster is on the field. 5: That card's controller can't play Spell Cards unless they sacrifice that monster. 6: That card's controller can't play Trap Cards unless they sacrifice that monster

If this card is removed from play, when a LIGHT Fiend-Type monster is destroyed, you can return this card to your hand. When a DARK Fairy-Type monster is summoned, if this card is in your Graveyard, you can remove it from play to increase that card's ATK by 300.

If this card was Synchro Summoned with a LIGHT Tuner, LIGHT Fiend-Type monsters can't be destroyed by battle. If this card was Synchro Summoned with a DARK Tuner, DARK Fairy-Type monsters can't be destroyed by card effects.

Once per turn, you may equip this monster to 1 Fairy-Type or 1 Fiend-Type monster you control as an Equip Spell Card, OR, if this card is an Equip Spell Card, you can Special Summon this card. When the equipped monster destroys an opponent's monster by battle, you may equip one Equip Spell Card from your Deck to the equipped monster, then equip this card to 1 other monster you control. If the equipped monster would be destroyed, destroy this card instead.

This card cannot attack. If this card is Tributed for a Tribute Summon, used as Synchro Material, or used as Fusion Material, equip it to the summoned monster. When the equipped monster is removed from the field, equip this card to 1 non-Exceed monster your opponent controls with a lower level than the destroyed monster and take control of it.

If a card effect controlled by your opponent would remove 2 or more monsters you control from the field, your opponent must declare either Fiend-Type or Fairy-Type. The declared Type can't be removed from the field this turn.

When this card is used for the Synchro Summon of a Synchro Monster, remove a number of cards in either player's Graveyard from play equal to the number of Synchro-Material monsters in that monster's Synchro Summon, and increase the ATK of all DARK Fairy-Type monsters by 200 for each card removed, until the end of the turn.

This card cannot be summoned except by Synchro Summon. This card's Summon and effects cannot be negated. When this card is Synchro Summoned, halve your opponent's Life Points. Once per turn, you can return 1 Equip Spell Card in the Graveyard to the Deck and destroy 1 card on the field. When this card is removed from the field, Special Summon 1 LIGHT Fiend-Type and 1 DARK Fairy-Type monster from your Deck or Graveyard.

When this card is Tribute Summoned, add 1 Equip Spell Card from your Deck or Graveyard to your hand. During your End Phase, inflict damage to your opponent equal to this card's ATK -1800.

While this card is in the Graveyard, monsters cannot be summoned from the Graveyard by their own effects. When this card is removed from play, add 1 Equip Spell Card from your Deck to your hand.
ShadowQueen
Lord Van Bloot FTW!! LOL They're unique, for sure. They could definitely be fun to try out - it's tough to tell how they'll work together just from their individual effects (many are clear enough though). Though only change I've seen you might need is for Gehenna - it might read better if the second effect was: "During your End Phase, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the difference between its current ATK and its original ATK.", plus it lets you have lower ATK and still be able to inlict damage (like with Tryce's Swords, or if you get hit by Shrink, and other fun stuff).
