This card cannot be Special Summoned. This can only be Normal Summoned or Set by removing from play 3 "Blue Eyes White Dragon" monsters from your side of the field. Once during each of your End Phases you can Special Summon 1 "Blue Eyes White Token"(Dragon-type/Light/Level 5/ATK/2000 DEF/1500) to your side of the field. This card gain 1000 ATK and DEF for each "Blue Eyes White Token" you control.

It's not too overpowered considering its summoning conditions, but I'd make it a level 5 or 6. Just be a bit more suiting with the effect.
Other than that great job. 9/10

Is it really a 9/10? thank you!!!!!!!! I will change it.

Wayyyy UP'ed
Interesting idea, but not nearly worth the effort. Nobody would give up 3 Blue Eyes for this - it's vulnerable to nearly everything and its only ability basically turns it into a beatstick. Getting 3 Blue Eyes on the field is ridiculous enough - tributing them for this is pointless.

Overused image for the card, I've seen like six of the same image on like 3 different sub sections on YCM...but anyways this card is a little underpowered, because of its effect "removing 3 blue eyes from the field" just to summon it and with an ATK and DEF of 1500? Yeah, it's a little underpowered, make this card's ATK and DEF maybe around 1800 or 1900 and then it will be balanced. 8/10

It's much more than just a little underpowered.

Think of it this way:
3 Blue-Eyes = 9000 ATK
This=1500 ATK (that can essentially gain 1000 per turn)

Blue Eyes Ultimate Dragon (or Five-Headed Dragon for that matter) is considerably easier to summon, AND is stronger. Not only is this thing almost impossible to summon, but its effect is far too slow. You should make its ATK no lower than 3000 (for such an impossible card, even 3500-4000 isn't out of the question). In addition, you should at least add an effect such as "While you control a "Blue Eyes White Token", this card cannot be selected as an attack target."
