I personally would make it 1 Tuner, people tend to troll all over "2 Tuner Synchros".
What I would put would be(with OCG fix):

1 Dragon-type Tuner + 2 or more non-Tuner Dragon-type monsters
Any damage that your opponent takes (either effect damage or battle damage), you gain Life poinst equal to the amount of damage they took. Once per turn, you can decrease the DEF of this card by 500 (permanently) to negate the effect of a spell card and destroy it. If your opponent activates a card effect that would a destroy a card(s) on the field, you can remove this card from play and gain Life Points equal to the number of cards that were destroyed by the effect x800. If this card was removed by its own effect, Special Summon it during the End Phase. During each of your End Phases, you gain 400 Life Points for each monster you control.

Last, the effect is a bit OP'ed. Like maybe take out how it comes back during the End Phase.

this one is hard to Summon, btw giving appreciated (thumbs )for your effect-making effort.. and yeah, its unique IMO

Thanks for the comments and yes i will re-edit it and make sure its OCG is fixed. This card is used by one of Draxon's Friends in the anime. His name is Alexion and he runs an Anti-cure Deck but this is his signature synchro monster.
