Piercer of the Heavens
Before I say anything about reincarnation. If it is true how do we have more people now then before? Hmm?
Well, out of what I've been thought about reincarnation is that depending on how you lived your life how you will be reincarnated. You could end up becoming an animal or vise-versa. So even animals can be reincarnated a people, which would explain why there are more people now.

But I see where your going with it but it still reincarnation into animals is distinct of Hinduism, and that's pushing on is hinduism a viable religion? Darth Revan of the Sith
I don't believe in the Hinduic version of reincarnation because I believe no matter what you will be the same gender and species over and over again....
Vough
I don't believe in it, but it would be pretty damn awesome if it was real.
This. I don't believe it's real, but if it was, that'd be pretty cool, as your soul could be immortal on earth. It's a nice idea and all, but the only real credence is a basicly loons saying they can see in their past lives when that can't be proven and can be an imagination-driven thought or just a lie overall. But if it is real, I'd like you to prove me wrong =P
Shalltear Bloodfallen
I actually kind of believe in reincarnation, but not in the sense of us actually having souls. The purest form of the human mind is energy (I know I´m simplifying things QUITE a bit) and energy cant be created nor destroyed
Yeah (Feel free to call me stupid but I have yet to have E = mc² properly explained to me) But how does it disproves me when E = mc², to my understanding, only proves that everything consists of energy, in the form of mass. Regardless, I shouldn´t attempt to be philosophical when Im in desperate need of sleep as I came up with what I said previously while being quite tired and obviously forgot very important things and can freely admit that I might be wrong.
Figuratively, yes Litteraly, no When mass is destroyed or created, energy from, for example the air or from a burning piece of wood, is simply being bound (mass is created) or released (mass is destroyed) I am however stepping down from this debate as it is very hard for me to explain exactly why it makes sense to me that energy can´t be destroyed or created, only converted and my mind is quite foggy regarding the classes we had in school regarding different forms of energy. Welche the crab
Literally yes. You know why anti-matter is so explosive? It "reacts" with water or anything explosively.
Flinsbon
The amount of matter and energy on earth is essentially constant, so technically everything that dies will eventually become at least a part of something else. E=mc[sup]2[/sup] means that a given amount of matter is the equivalent of a definite amount of energy. If a mass is converted directly to pure energy, the energy released is mc[sup]2[/sup] (such as in a nuclear reactor or matter-antimatter collision). Alternately, energy can be turned into matter and the amount of mass created is E/c[sup]2[/sup] (such as during pair-production and the creation of the Universe) P.S. pair-production means that if a given amount of energy is placed together, it disappears and an equal amount of matter and antimatter can be formed. This has been achieved through the collision of 2 photons generating 1 electron and 1 positron (antimatter electron)
