You'll need to work on your card grammer, and when a monster has an effect it needs to be an effect monster. If you're using the site's cardmaker, the dropdown box is located next to "Card Type". I'll do some grammer fixes for you.

I like this because it works with Dark World, since the way you put it means the discard isn't actually a cost. You could also mix with Fableds to get the LIGHT support with the other cards. ATK is too much for a level 1 though, increase the level by 1 and it should be fine.

Like I said, mix with fableds and use this to add any of them to your hand. Requiring a second monster balances it well too.

Don't do flavor text with an effect, doesn't work that way with real cards. This one's a little weak though, level 3s generally have more attack or better effects, though not both.

Spells and Traps don't have flavor text ever. Also, too strong. Change of Heart is banned for a reason, and even if this is situational, a free control card is too strong.
