if it is from the top of Deck, not discard but send. nice idea, will be work in milling Deck though,

as for ATK and DEF problems, i think it should 0 and 200..

i mean you can mill your the 10 top card in 1 turn, then this card ATK become 2000 + you can Special Summon Wulf if you run in the Lightsworns Deck
