Here are my newest cards.
All pictures have been edited by me.
I'm in the middle of making a Spellcaster deck and here are my newest additions~

Lore: [i]You can send this face-up monster on your side of the field to the Graveyard to Special Summon 1 level 8 or lower Spellcaster-type monster from your deck. I'd say this card is broken. Level 8 is way too high to be searched so easily. You wouldn't need to attack with all the effects that revolve around just having control of a Dark Magician or spell counter effects etc. Its a Lonefire for Spellcasters. The 1500 ATK and the neg draw effect are nice balancers but I think they are enough, its too easy to get around for such a powerful effect.

I like this cards effect, good for synchro and stall, which go well together. 3 is a good level, thats 2 free negates, there are cards out there like Shield Wing that already do this but with the level mechanic I could see this being used.

Whenever this monster's chosen as an attack target you can Special Summon 1 monster from your Graveyard in attack position and change the attack target to the Special Summoned monster.At the End Phase of a turn this effect is used the Special Summoned monster(s) is(are) removed from play. You need to limit this guys effect in some way. Being able to select any level or type monster in your Graveyard as many times as you want per battle phase is too much. Not only that, but for your opponent to get rid of the cards they have to take all battle damage. His effect is better than not being destroyed by battle. Limit it to maybe just Spellcasters or Dark monsters and once per turn.

This guy is really broken. You could get through your whole deck in a few turns with cards like Limit Reverse, 1 for 1, and having 200 DEF makes him even more searchable. I'd say have it as Pay 500 Life Points for each card drawn by the effect and Pay 1000 Life Points to keep a card in your hand. If he were like that, it would be a really good card I think, much less abusable.

Hmm, well I knew Special Summoning a level 8 would be quite OP'd but I thought I made it more balanced...since I want to associate this card with the summoning of a specific higher level monster I wanted to keep that effect. I'll think of something to make it better!

and I think I'll take your advice on the Synchro about only Dark monsters! ^^

Thery're really good, what editor did you use, GIMP?
I really like Lucky Fiend and Level Gardna, and they all apply really well to the effects. Did you have to do much editing for them?

I use PS CS5 and ummm, no, I wouldn't say I used much editing, it just took longer than thinking of their effects :"D
I always think of the effect after finding a good image and try to make them match.

What I did was add the cursed circle behind the spellcasters, change the background, brightness, contrast, outside glow and add a few things, like Chaos Apprentice's hat (which is
Dark Magician Girl's btw xD; ) and the star in Level Gardna's arms.

Maybe if I can restrict its effect for once per duel?

and maybe increase the cost from 500 to 1000 LP?

would it become more balanced that way?
