Here might be the OCG you're looking for: [b]Sword of Monarchy[/b] This card can only be equipped to a "Monarch" card using the Equip Card "Claw of Hermos". A monster equipped with this card gains 100 ATK. Once per turn, the monster equipped with this card can use its effect even if it was already summoned.
