This card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing 1 "Buster Blader" in your Graveyard from play. You can Tribute 1 Dragon-Type monster on your side of the field to destroy 1 card your opponent controls. This card gains 200 ATK and DEF for every Dragon-Type monster in each player's Graveyard.[/size]
Wildcard-X
seems way too underpowered, especially since you are tributing buster blader (ATK 2600 + 500 for dragons) Like the pic though 8/
~ P O L A R I S ~
I always felt that the balance of cards dealing with removing from the Graveyard was slightly precarious considering that you barely lose anything. The specificity helps to balance it out a little more but I'm still a little skeptical of the legitimacy of Prisma shenanigans and the resultant field presence. Again, with all competitive games these days lasting 3 turns it's hardly unrealistic, but considering an ideally balanced format I might prefer that Buster Blader be discarded or removed from the hand/field or something. The Dragon 1-for-1 thing is pretty reasonable considering the type mismatch and all. Forces you to run a rather awkward mix to get the full benefit which is nice for creativity and whatnot. "This card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing 1 "Buster Blader" in your Graveyard from play." = "This card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing from play 1 "Buster Blalder" in your Graveyard." "You can Tribute 1 Dragon-Type monster on your side of the field" = "You can Tribute 1 Dragon-Type monster you control" "for every Dragon-Type monster in each player's Graveyard." = "for each Dragon-Type monster in either player's Graveyard." Vough
Usually when you tribute monsters, they have the same attack or more. Like Red Eyes Darkness Dragon has the same ATK as Red Eyes Black Dragon, so 2600 wouldn't be too broken. Plus, being DARK, it wouldn't make a great addition to DM Decks. So overall it's very good.
