(they all need to be the same level as well)

example
2 Lv 4 Nercomancer Monsters and 2 Lv 4 Non Nerco Monsters in your graveyard they are return to you deck then your deck is shuffled
then you special summon (aka Nerco Summon 1 Nerco Monster in your Extra Deck)

This is an interesting way to Summon. It's kind of like Contact Fusion except in the Graveyard. I like the concept.

This monter seems a little OPed. It's kind of like a one way Card Destruction with Mill, and running 3 on a Deck could mean for 3- or more for your opponent. This card could be seriously abused in a Morph Jar Deck Out theme.

Again OPed. I can see how this card can be abused to mill out your opponent greatly. Especially with Monster Reborn and Call of the Haunted. It's stats don't make up for it's abusive power.

This card is okay. The way it's Summoned is achievable and it's pretty decent. It's almost like a form of Exceed and Contact Monster except you involve cards in the Graveyard. However, it's because of this type of Summoning that makes your Other cards OPed. They can be recycled easily and could form a potentially lethal mill out deck. Morphing Jars can set up the Summon nicely while milling out cards at the same time. Not only that, but if there are Necro Monsters that involve returning level 3 or 2 monsters, they would probably be OPed as well. The concept is good...but I think the cards made here except for the last one are TOO good.

Above done the OCG fix, and its alright.

yes its new idea IMO, and should be more useful if combining with Graveyard lock like Gravekeepers. Destructing all Opponent hand its such an amazing and risky at the time, but its fine

Overall 8/10 with ocg fix 9.2/10

LOL True! Then you'd see Foolish Burial in the Fordbidden or Limited Section XD

Props for OCG corrections on the first few cards. LOL! I just realized that I could combine this theme with my Beaul Scead Monsters for a nice mill out deck XD. I hope to see more cards out of you soon.

Almost perfect OCG on this one. "You're improving young grasshopper..." Love the way it can be used with "Umi" (sad that it's not the same with "A Legendary Ocean" but oh wells). Special is pretty easy to set up and increadibly balanced. CANT wait to see the level 6 Necro Monster you make for these cards.

It's an upcoming Fan Fic...not out yet. The first chapter will be posted (and yes, I've planned the date) May 8th, 2011. This will give me enough time to set up a few chapters and if anything happens I'll still have something to post weekly. I guess I can give you the plot for now:

Plot - The Main (Open)

Welcome to the Grand Championships of Yu-Gi-Oh! where many great duelists will compete for fame and glory, with the Grand Prize at 1,000,000,000 Dollars, the HIGHEST GRAN PRICE in the WORLD!! Most of this price was contributed by Kaiba Corp., the wealthiest Game Company up to date. Will you step up to the challenge and walk away with the Grand Prize?! Or will you be one of those few that will fall to higher level gamers?

True Plot - The One Hidden from the Public View
Kaiba Corp. has risen substantially over the years after perfecting the ways to harness the power from duels. This lead to the Energy Boom Era where people had so much energy that they were able to progress greatly. Traveling faster than the Speed of Light was accomplished and now Earth has a web of small colonies in other far away planets. Matter Transport Devices were created as well and ways of bonding with the ecosystem have been flourishing. But with all this energy came power, and greed. The scientists working under Xavier Rave had discovered that just before unleashing a ship at the Speed of Light, there is a small pause where everything stands still for a brief moment. Within that moment, the “Light” was found. Readings from tests concluded strange data about the “Light”, finding that it could be an alternate universe, an incredible source of naturally occurring cosmic energy stronger than that of the suns themselves, or a living entity. Tests were made to capture this light, but the missions proved gravely dangerous. Out of the 3584 who were launched to this exact Space Pause, all were obliterated the moment they came out of the mission. The ship torn by gashes, and the men and women completely drained of life. Nothing happened to the bodies. They just didn’t breathe.
It was the 3585th mission that proved to be the most successful. A pilot/scientist named Douglas Wheeler voyaged into the “Light” and survived. When he arrived, he was flourished with power, it radiated from him. However, when the other scientists began to question what was in that Space Pause, Douglas refused to give them any information necessary. He simply stated, “The Light is a place only those with ‘Pure Soul’ can voyage into, no exceptions.” The scientists retaliated against him using force, but even they couldn’t stop him. He fled into the forests, and hasn’t been seen since then.[/spoiler]

Sry about that >.< I'm somewhat easily distracted.

BTW, I will probably have a LIGHT Necromancer and LIGHT Necro Monster ready for you in about 6 hours (have to finish off a few things).
Still, another idea would be a DARK Necromancer and DARK Necro Monster, care to try that out?
