Special summon one Monster from your Deck or Extra Deck, ignoring summoning conditions. Its effect is negated. You may pay 2000 life points to activate its effect. After 3 turns have passed after this cards activation, your opponent wins the duel. Comments?

Ieyasu Tokugawa
OP'd. Even with the auto lose condition, you suddenly get the game winning monster you needed, such as pulling DAD and nuking the field with it's effect. EDIT: Or just save the monsters in the grave and bring out Judgement Dragon.
Lunar Origins
Well, you'd need to have Vennominaga attack twice per turn. It's three turns, and Vennominaga requires three of your turns to be able to win W/O attacking twice.

[/quote] Yeah, true. Should change its effect so you wouldn't be able to normal summon for the rest of the duel. It can also be easily solemned... just realized that. Haha... [sub]i hate solemn...[/sub] Added *NEW* lore, as to make it not so OP... but it is still op.

evilhorus
Giant Trunade > This > Cyber End Dragon > Normal Summon > Limiter Remover > ? Way too overpowered. This is simply one of thousands of combinations possible with this. I still like it though.

This is way too OP, probably would be banned instantly if it was real. I just had an idea for a card, put it down, 'nd here it is. Lol
Master White
I actually kind of liked this idea, yea, its powerful, but here's an idea. I like the new lore, hmm, actually, if you think its powerful, make it so you pay 3000 to activate its effect. Need better picture, but all in all, updated version wins. If I could, I'd use 3 of them for an unstoppable force. lol.
xzMasteRzx
RANK UP! Overpowered card of overpowered cards most overpowered card of extreme overpowered cards to the max! When I read the effect, I laughed at the possibilities. Good joke card.
AsterikcAde
Well, you have to find out a way how to win the duel with this card before the 3rd turn or its one turn kill reverse style on you! It'll be suggestive to add one of these cards in a Burn Deck, you know Special Summon a beatstick ignoring summoning conditions, and if you have spells and traps that can burn out your Opponent's Life Points easily like Wave Motion Cannon then yeah you are set for a OTK on the turn you activate Burnout Summon. BUT, this card is very risky and if it is a real legit official YGO card then I think its a good idea to have only one or two in a Deck. Unique concept! 10/

If it was a real legit YGO card, then it would probably be banned/limited. BTW, for Judgment summoning @ beginning of the duel---> Burnout Summon = - 4000 = 4000 Activate Judgment Drag = - 2000 = 2000 Activate Judgment Drags Effect = - 1000 = 1000 LP left So, in one turn... -7000 LP. Gadgiltron by Geartown, Summon Goblin Attack Force/Other generic 2000-above 4 star, attack for game. May add lore: "You may only summon once per turn for the remainder of this duel." But thats just me.
