What powers do Former Moderators have, or are they the same as Members?

But yeah, what Byakuya said. F-Mods don't have any powers.
And Byakuya, J-Max was [u]not[/u] downgraded from Mod status because he couldn't keep up with the work.

A Former Moderator told me that he still had Moderator powers, but couldn't access the Mod Forum, so I thought i'd ask.
