Lore: When an opponent activate an effect that destroy card(s) on the field, you can remove this card from your hand out of play to negate the activation of the card and destroy it, then return 1 card from your hand to the Deck and draw 2 cards. You cannot conduct your Battle Phase during your next turn

It seems like a good draw engine/destruction stopper. Definetly much more effective than Starlight Road and that's why I'm wondering if this card is OPed or Just right...

Either way it's a great card and I would definetly run this card at 3 in a deck. This card just might make Cyber Valley much more reliable.

9/10

SHOULD BE:

When your opponent activates an effect that would destroy a card(s) on the field, you can remove this card in your from play to negate the activation of that card and destroy it.
Then, draw 2 cards and discard 1 card to the Graveyard. If you activate this card's effect, you cannot condut your Battle Phase during your next turn.

I LOVE THIS CARD! Not only is a LV2 LIGHT 100 ATK monster perfect for Debris/Junk, it's also got the perfect effect.
It is a great counterpart to Effect Veiler too, and totally Yusei-themed.

A few things-
Change the "You cannot conduct your Battle Phase during your next turn" to something like, "You cannot conduct your next Battle Phase."
Also, the drawing effect should be changed to, "Then, discard 1 card tot he Graveyard and draw 2 cards."

what ???

you could make Effect Devastator a turner monster ???
Tuner or non-Tuner, this card is pretty...ummm, what's the word....SUPERCALIFRAGILIZTIQUESPALIOSIZAWESOMENESS. Yes I made that word up right now <.<. If it was a tuner, It could be more flexible, but if it's not a tunner its pretty adjustable with Junk Synchron and other Support. I guess tuner would make this card...weaker?

Basically, you lose no cards in total, overall, and it increases the amount of cards in the graveyard, which is a big no-no.
I'll expand a bit more on this.

Basically, you lose this card, giving you one less card in your hand and on the field total.
Then you draw 2 cards, when combined with the one you lost, it gives you one extra card from where you started.
Then you discard one, giving you the same number of cards from when you started.

And on Graveyard setup, in todays metagame, there is so much graveyard manipulation that sending cards to the Graveyard isn't as much of a cost as it used to be. Being able to choose what you send to the Graveyard can give you a big advantage, like discarding that Glow-Up bulb that happened to be in your hand. That's why Graceful Charity was banned.

And putting the add a card to your deck first was a good move, makes it harder to control your hand which is good for balance.

With that kind of reasoning, it SHOULD be balanced. But I run an Anti-Meta Glad Beast Deck that seems to wreak everything ATM. >.> if this card sends cards to the graveyard, it wouldn't be a bad thing...
That's the point. Being able to send a card to the Grave is better than sending to the deck overall, and can easily lead to @$$pull combos with the Graveyard manipulation this meta. Gadiator Beasts may be able to abuse this, but as they aren't tier 1 currently the extra help wouldn't break them.

That's true. Well, in that case could you help me out in this deck: Anti-Meta Glads Really would appreciate it.

BOT: The effect is much better now. Makes it not completely "broken" as some people here would probably say. Stills gives you hand advantage without Graveyard set up.
