The following cards are completely my idea.

Lore:
This card is treated as a Trap Card while it is in your Deck or hand. This card is also treated as a Warrior-Type while it is face-up on your side of the field. This card cannot be Summoned during your Main Phase 1. This card cannot be Normal Summoned before your Main Phase 2. If this card is Normal Summoned or flipped face-up during your Main Phase 2, change the Duel Phase to your Main Phase 1. You cannot conduct your Battle Phase during this turn. [/spoiler]

Activate this card during your opponent's Draw Phase. Before your opponent draws his/her card, look at your opponent's hand and discard 1 Spell or Trap Card. Your opponent then draws 2 cards, if both cards are Monster Cards, your opponent must discard the monster with the lowest Level(if it's a tie, you get to choose). If your opponent draws atleast 1 Spell Card, your opponent skips his/her Main Phase 1.[/spoiler]

After this effect resolves, remove this card from play.[/spoiler]

Great ideas! However, some I don't know how you can do (like summoning Ceribum during your Standby Phase)
I think you should increase the ATK of monsters (like Winged Vulcan and Queen of Ceribum) so they can be effective. Also-

If this card is Special Summoned during either or your opponent's Main Phases or Battle Phase, increase it's ATK by 500 until your next End Phase.
Should be:

When this card is Special Summoned during your opponent's Main Phase or Battle Phase, increase this this card's ATK by 500 until the End Phase of your next turn.

I give it an 11/10 because they are so unique.
