Family paid too much for my education for me to just to give up on it.

Your family paid to have you educated in Yugioh?

@OP: I've played Yugioh for about 7 years now, but I reckon I've played less than 50 duels ever. Usually I have no one to duel with, and when I do I wipe the floor with them. There aren't any local tournaments, and anything further away I really can't be bothered going to. Like other people have said, there is no reason to quit if you still enjoy the game, which I thoroughly do, and I'd play more if I could. Though not on-line. To me, that defies the whole purpose of a collectable card game, as having every card available to you makes it too easy, and thus pointless. Also, face-to-face duelling is much more fun.

As for YCM (which I too thought this topic would be about), the idea of quitting is silly, as very few people legitimately do. It's all right to say "screw this, I'm out" and leave for like a year when you get bored or whatever, but quitting and suggesting you'll never be back only sets you up to look like a fool when you do return, which almost always happens.
