This is a really good cards and if thi was a reall card i might put it in my deck if i didnt have a water deck. the only ocg i see you should fix is

"This card can only be Special Summoned by, Discarding the top 5 cards of your deck. When this card is summoned, destroy all spell and trap cards face up on the field." Should be

"This card can only be Special Summoned by sending the top 5 cards of your Deck to the Graveyard. When this card is summoned, destroy all face up spell and trap card(s) on the field."

P.S. i dont know if you wanted to spell Samerai with an "e" or not but if you didnt then the correct way is Samurai with a "u".

BROKEN!

Discarding 5 cards from your Deck is too good to be a cost. And destroying all face-up S/Ts? This card is broken. You get a free 5 mill, a basic Cyber Dragon, and can destroy all face-up Spell and Trap Cards. Way too powerful.

Should be:
