Jaime Duferier Posted April 5, 2011 Report Share Posted April 5, 2011 Absolutely right, iHop. Kalut, although it is useful, it is a lot more situational than, let's say, Honest. Honest has gone to 1, and rightly so, but Kalut is a lot less powerful, and in my mind it would have been radical enough to semi-limit it on effect alone. With this in mind, compared to Blizzard, you can clearly see that Blizzard is the better candidate for being limited as, again on effect alone, although it takes up a normal summon it gives you an easy level 6 synchro, I.e Brionac.
