I gues the picture matches, but the OCG is off.

"During your Standby Phase, draw 1 card."

Now look. Great idea, but very useless. I wouldn't want to use it as it takes up an important space in the S/T zone and doesn't help at all except draw counts. Situational at best. Make it stronger at a cost or give it extra effects. Mind that it's not too powerful.

Are you kidding? It's a +1 every turn! It CAN clog though, but it's a prime target for destruction. And if it's not, then it's no longer a clogger. Major help to Hamon, Volcanics, and Exodia, who already rely on continuous spells.
