Hmm.... I dunno, he doesn't seem to grasp the thought that effect monsters have effects. <_<

The picture WOULD be nice if it wasn't fuzzy.

I see you're new here. I know I shouldn't be posting this here, but I think you need a hint. Here's how a Fusion Monster should look like:

"Stardust Dragon" + "Red Dragon Archfiend"
This card cannot be Special Summoned, except by Fusion Summon from the Extra Deck. Cards you control cannot be destroyed by card effects. When this card is Fusion Summoned, you can destroy a number of monsters your opponent controls equal to the number of Dragon-Type Synchro Monsters in your Graveyard. This card gains 500 ATK and DEF for each monster destroyed by this effect, until the End Phase. When this card is removed fro the field, destroy all cards you control and Special Summon 1 "Stardust Dragon" or "Red Dragon Archfiend" from your Graveyard.

Credit to -Dae- for the card image.

The above card is an example of what a real Fusion Monster is supposed to look like. Not all Fusion Monsters will have that Summoning Condition, though.

As for your card, it should be a Normal Monster rather than a Fusion/Effect Monster, or you can make it a God Card, so you can make it have the description on the card, but still have an effect.

I won't rate, because I don't like to give ratings to new people's cards (I only rate them if they're half decent).
