But first: Yu-Gi-Oh cards never have those weird values for ATK and DEF, it's usually to the hundred or fifty. Second: Those are effect monster frames. If there is no effect, it is not an effect monster. Try Normal monster for these instead. Third: There are twenty-one/twenty-two different types. Stick to 'em in most cases, you can find them on yugiohwikia.com, search types when you're there. Griffen is not one, for these you should probably pick Winged-Beast.
