Lore: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing from play 2 face up Sea Serpent, Aqua or Fish-type monsters on your side of the field. Once per turn, during your Main Phase 1 you can discard 1 card to remove 1 card in your opponents Graveyard from play. You can tribute this monster to deal 1200 points of damage to your opponent.

Looks maybe a little UP with the second effect? Maybe change it to destroying a card on your opponent's field, Fish are an underused type so I don't wouldn't be OP much. Or you could take away the LP payment.

Those r all the changes I think need to be made... there may be more but those are def needed


And I agree, get rid of the life point payment... it then becomes semi Brionac-ish and is great for ditching an otherwise dead draw of a Fishborg Blaster
And it is UP'd except for its stats a 2900/3100 is rather nice

Good Idea, I think i'll take away the LP payment because I still think destroying a card would be a bit to powerful.
