Lore:
When you draw this card, return it to your Deck. If this card is added to your hand from your Deck (including draw) after already being returned to the Deck by its own effect, Special Summon this card from your hand. This card gains 400 ATK for each face-up Special Summoned "Six Samurai" or "Shien" on your side of the field.

No. It means that players always get to view every card their opponent draws in case it's this.
You cannot have mandatory effects from the hand or from face-down cards. Doing so gives players an ability to confirm that effects aren't being missed by randomly checking opponent's cards, a horrible ting to add to the game.

It doesn't. The effect activates when you draw the card, i.e before you add the card to your hand, (or if you add the card by searcher, you would have to reveal anyway.) If you add the card to your hand before revealing it to your opponent, you cannot activate the effect.

A player could cheat the initial mandatory effect, but if they do, the card becomes a complete dead draw that can't be used for anything, and if they would be caught, they would be immediately disqualified.

"When you draw this card, return it to your Deck." is mandatory, and allows me to check all your draws in case they're this, even if you don't have this in your Deck (since I'm not supposed to know your Deck list). Even if a player would be stupid not to reveal it, you're messing up the game by making it a mandatory effect. Make this stuff optional, for pity's sake

Also, note, a card is considered in your hand as soon as you draw it. There is no in-between state of 'being drawn'.

Yes, but to prove you drew the card that turn, you would have to reveal it before adding it to the rest of your hand.

I get what your saying tho, relying on a single player to not cheat is not something good for the game, I was more interested in the mechanics of the effect, than the players. I wanted it to be a mandatory effect, but I'll work on an optional one.

Thanks, all the same.

Here's the optional version
