If a player Synchro Summons, inflict 800 damage to that player for each Synchro Material used to Synchro Summon a monster. This card can be used by either player as an Synchro Material for a Synchro Monster. If a player uses this card as a Synchro Material for a Synchro Monster, that player takes 1000 damage to their Life Points. If this card is sent from the Field to the Graveyard by Synchro Summon, at the End Phase of you turn, Special Summon this card from your Graveyard onto the Field in face down Defense Position.

Its not a pefect OCG fixxing but its a start, hopefully someone will finish it up.

Honestly, i feel as if it's under-powered. Your giving your opponent free access to some of the most fierce-some monsters in the game (Brionac, Trishula, Stardust.) If it will help them OTK you the damage this card inflicts will not stop them from using it. At the minimum, using this card as a synchro material would net 1600 Damage at the least (Assuming they weren't using this guy as the tuner)

I can't quite tell if this card is truly under-powered as an increase in burn might make it too powerful. Either way i like the concept, and good work.

one hell of a burn effect you got there

nice to see you can get it back to repeat the cycle

looks like the OCG is fine, and since it applies to both sides of the field it would be balanced out

so I'll give it 9.4/10
The designs and mechanics for Bane Owl is meant for Burn and Anti-Synchro, it'll be cool to see someone build a deck that has a combination of Burn and Anti-Synchro, that will be a deadly combination I tell you what! Thanx for the comment!
Thanx for the comment, I was never punctual on my OCG, then again nobody on YCM is perfect with their wording for cards and its good to see that a member can't tell whether Bane Owl is underpowered or balanced! LOL! That's the beauty of this card, it seems balanced but somehow it seems underpowered...
