Here is another card, I made it quickly so it's not very unique.

Lore: When this card is Summoned you may search your Deck for 1 Union monster and add it to your hand. If a Union monster is placed in your Spell and Trap card zone this monster may attack twice if you pay 800 Life Points

OCG fixes:
"may" to "can" in the first case.
Second effect should be worded like this: "By paying 800 life points (/not sure about capitalizing) this card can attack twice during the battle phase of the turn the effect was activated". Something like that.
