Renastiria Archetype

I have been inactive from ycm for several years, so I seriously doubt anyone will recognise me, but I originally came up with an archetype called the 'Icicles' - Icicle Beasts, Icicle Zombies, etc. They ended up as a huge set with over 100 cards, and a vast array of effects, pictures and stengths. Despite their diversity however, none of their numerous sub-archetypes had much value in the world of actual dueling - they would have been dead within a few turns against any of the popular real-life decks such as Blackwings or Six Samurai.

So now I have decided to start again. With some of the old pictures and some brand new pictures I've been able to find, I plan to make a playable version of my Icicle set. I'm calling it the Renastiria archetype - an amalgam of the Latin words for 'rebirth' and 'icicle'. Below is the first card I have made in the archetype - the general of the Renastirians, a race living in the arctic tundra where their ancestors the Icicle monsters once lived and fought. I'm posting this in the 'any other cards' section because the card's effect isn't really realistic when there aren't any other Renastirians made yet - I might post it in the realistic cards section when I've made at least 10. [spoiler=Effect:]This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned when you control no monsters by sending 1 'Renastiria' monster from your hand to the Graveyard. Once per turn, you can select 1 level 4 or lower 'Renastiria' monster in your Graveyard. Increase this card's ATK by the selected monster's ATK and decrease this card's level by the selected card's level until the End Phase.[/spoiler]

Btw, please don't call this card or any of my old Icicle monsters unoriginal because of the 'Ice Barrier' archetype. I made my first Icicle monsters long before Konami came up with the Ice Barriers.
