Incorrect, OCG uses "can". I can see why you thought that though.

As for the card itself, it seems like too easy a summon to me. I suppose it's somewhat difficult for the most part, but there are cards that destroy your own monsters so I'm not too sure as I'm not perfectly up-to-date as one might say. So, considering my lack of complete knowledge I would say this card's pretty good, although not very creative. I'd give it a 7/10.
