Here are my 2 new ways of summoning: Reincarnate and Transmute summon

Before I begin I have to say I used YCM so I could not make the cards the color I wanted (Light Green for Reincarnate and Red for Transmuted) and could not change the Reincarnate's levels to ranks

Now lets start with Reincarnate summon: First you need to have the Reincarnate monster in your hand (like Ritual). Then you return monsters on your side of the field to your deck that are listed as the Reincarnate's material monster (Their combined levels must equal the Reincarnate's rank) and summon it. Reincarnate monsters do not have levels but ranks (like Exceed monsters)

Here is an exemple:

lore: 1 Spellcaster-type monster + 1 Light monster
This card can only be summoned by Reincarnate summon. Each time a spell card is activated, increase your LP by 500. Once per turn, you can return to the bottom of your deck 1 Light monster in your graveyard. This card gains that monster's effect and half its Atk until your next Standby phase.

Now for Transmute summon: You need to activate a specific spell card (like Ritual) to summon the Transmuted monster. You also need to overlay 1 Transmutor you control under it and tribute 1 monster mentionned in its card text to summon the Transmuted

Exemple of how it works:

1. Activate this:

Lore: This card is used to Transmute summon 1 Transmuted monster with Cybersteel in its name. You must also overlay 1 Machine-type Transmutor monster and tribute the monster in the Transmuted monster's card text to summon the Transmuted monster.

2. Tribute this :

3. Overlay(like Exceed) this:

Lore: If this card is overlaid under a Transmuted, that monster gains 500 Atk and Def as long as this card remains overlaid. You can remove from play this overlaid card to make it count as a tribute for the effect of a card you control.

And bingo a Transmuted monster:

Lore: This card can only be Transmute summoned by the effect of Cybersteel Bond by tributing 1 Warrior Dai Grepher on your side of the field. This card is unnafected by spell cards. Once per turn, by tributing 1 Machine-type monster, you can negate this card's destruction. As long as this card as a Transmutor monster overlaid under it, you can inflict damage to your opponent's LP equal to the Transmutor monster's level x 100 during your End phase

Here's some new ones!

lore: This card can only be Transmute summoned by the effect of Cybersteel Bond by tributing 1 Luster Dragon #2 on your side of the field. This card is also treated as a Dragon-type monster. As long as this card as a Transmutor monster overlaid under it, this card is unnafected by spell and trap cards. By removing 1 Transmutor monster overlaid under this card from play, you can destroy cards on your opponent's side of the field up to the Transmutor's level.

Lore: You can special summon this card from your hand when your opponent activates a trap card. Negate the trap card's effect and destroy it. While this card remains overlaid under a Transmuted monster, negate the effect of any monster the Transmuted monster battles

Lore: 1 Warrior-Type monster + 1 Fiend-type monster + 1 Dark monster
This card can only be summoned by Reincarnate summon or by it's own effect. When this card destroys a monster by battle, if your opponent controls another monster, this card can attack again. If this card is destroyed by battle, you can pay 1000 LP and remove from play 1 monster on your side of the field to special summon this card in Attack position

for Lumi, "This card gains that monster's effect and half its Atk until your next Standby phase." that effect is still OPed. You need a bigger drawback, depending on the effect it gains

For Cybersteel Warrior, "By tributing 1 Machine-type monster, you can negate this card's destruction." that effect should be limited to once per turn, and you'll be fine

8/10

Thanks and reincarnates are in the main deck (like rituals) while transmuteds are in the extra deck (like fusion)

For lumi's new drawback i shall give a cost of removing fromage play 1 spell in grave and return the monster to the deck during your next standby phase

And cybersteel's protection effect shall be once permet turn

Is that good ?
