it's actually like this "This monster cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing 3 Winged-Beast Type monster in your Graveyard from play. no need for "by your opponent monster" unless it by their effect since there really no other things that can attack except monsters including the trap and spell monsters.
