Death Knight Posted April 15, 2011 Report Share Posted April 15, 2011 hmm it seem that rank 3 and 4 meant to be a little weaker than synchro? but then again, their summoning are eventually easier since it only regard level while synchro regard tuner, non-tuner and level so that is 3 things when exceed low the restriction by that much. although if more monsters of same level is use of those rank 3 and 4, the stronger the exceed monster will be but same can be said for higher rank though, so it seem they expand the mechanic by population of monsters to use and high amount of level to use as well. pretty much this is the main requirement [x]x level [x] monsters i can imagine there will be an exceed monster with the "almost" impossible requirement lol [5x level 12 monsters] OT: this is not bad although i kinda expect to be rank 4 and with attack of 2500 ATK well i kinda thought of this would be a dark version of Aspiring Emperor Hope. well its effect, it mean you can activate it anytime? if so it be handy for Aspiring Emperor Hope's drawback when he have no underlaid cards left. somehow i doubt there will be every good staple monsters though...
