This card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing 5 Winged Beast-Type monsters from your Graveyard from play. You can pay 1000 Life Points to negate the destruction of another face-up monster you control and have it gain 300 ATK and DEF. Once per turn, during your Main Phase, you can return 1 monster from the Graveyard to the top of its owner's Deck. If you use this effect, skip your next Draw Phase. While "Lugia, Legendary Guardian of the Seas" is face-up on your field, this card cannot be destroyed by battle and your opponent's monsters cannot attack your Life Points directly. Complements of my friend ~Solicity~! ^^ Enjoy, guys! Squirrel Girl
Still no excuse to have it OP, but, I think that you should make it halve the damage from attack you directly, not forbid cards to attack you directly. Think of the EI's, they would hate this card. Well, that would balance it out a little Fixed the ocg on the last line: While "Lugia, Legendary Guardian of the Seas" is face-up on your field, this card cannot be destroyed by battle and your opponent's monsters cannot attack you directly. This card is hardly overpowered. It cannot protect itself from effect destruction by paying 1000 Life Points (the effect says "destruction of another monster") so its easily removable. The card effect that adds a card from the Graveyard to the top of the Deck is an interesting effect, but since it is an Ignition Effect, it is too slow to really be useful (slow in regards to Spell Speed, it cannot be used to counter anything). Also, its not worth losing your Draw Phase in most cases (unless you're doing some kind of Diamond Dude + Full Wipe Spell Card shenanigans). The final effect requires "Lugia" on the field, which is in another topic. This card probably wont get destroyed by battle so easily in the first place, so its hard give "cannot be destroyed by battle" much of a boost to this card's worth. As for the "Cannot be attack directly", is only really affects a small amount of weak monsters (mostly Watts), and EBIs. Its definitely not overpowered at all I'm not sure offhand if I would use this card myself. Might be nice to try but I don't think its an effective monster. Myst
So it's as impressive as the last card.. Hehe. In this, "If you use this effect, you skip your next Draw Phase." Which effect does it say? The one above or below? Also remove the "you" in that line. I'd say is to try thinking up a better consequence than "skip your next Draw Phase". Overall, you have a really high mark of... 9/10!
NeosWiseman
I refers to the previous effect. It usually does..... Thanks for the comment! ^^
Myst
Oh yeah, it does... Anyways, I thought there would be another word used in Yu-Gi-Oh besides destruction. It doesn't sound right. Hmmm...
